book: SESAME STREET ABC AND ME!
Thomas Joseph Reid, age 3, from
Philadelphia, PA., was worried about his friend, Big
Bird. He didn’t look very happy. “What’s wrong, Big Bird?”
Tommy asked.
“Today is Clean-Sweep Day, the day we all help clean up the
neighborhood.” Big Bird sighed. “It’s going to be a lot of work.”
“Don’t worry,” said Tommy. “Mommy,
Daddy, Uncle Jim and Aunt Jane showed me you can make a
big job easier by turning it into a game. Let’s try it."
